Terms of Service

Last updated: March 1, 2026. By using ARI, you agree to these Terms.

1. Service description

  • —ARI provides AI-powered release risk analysis by crawling publicly accessible staging URLs you provide.
  • —ARI gives recommendations — the final release decision is always yours. We are not liable for release outcomes.
  • —Service availability target is 99.9% uptime. See status.ari.so for real-time status.

2. Your account

  • —You must provide accurate information when creating an account.
  • —You are responsible for maintaining the security of your account credentials.
  • —You may not share your account or allow others to use your subscription.
  • —You must be 18 or older and authorized to bind your organization to these Terms.

3. Acceptable use

  • —You may only analyze URLs you own or have explicit permission to analyze.
  • —You may not use ARI to scrape competitor sites or analyze URLs you don't control.
  • —You may not attempt to reverse-engineer, copy, or resell ARI.
  • —Abusive API usage that degrades service for others is prohibited.

4. Payment & billing

  • —Subscriptions are billed monthly or annually in advance.
  • —All plans include a free trial. No charge until the trial ends.
  • —You may cancel at any time. Cancellation takes effect at the end of your billing period.
  • —Refunds are not provided for partial months except where required by law.

5. Intellectual property

  • —ARI and all associated technology remain the property of AI Release Intelligence, Inc.
  • —You retain all rights to your data, URLs, and analysis results.
  • —By using ARI, you grant us a limited license to process your URLs solely to deliver the service.

6. Limitation of liability

  • —ARI is provided 'as is'. We do not guarantee that analysis results are complete or error-free.
  • —Our total liability to you for any claim is limited to fees paid in the last 3 months.
  • —We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or punitive damages.

7. Changes to Terms

  • —We may update these Terms at any time with 30 days notice for material changes.
  • —Continued use after notice constitutes acceptance of the updated Terms.
