Privacy Policy

Last updated: March 1, 2026. We are committed to protecting your privacy.

1. What we collect

  • —Account information: email address, name, and company when you sign up.
  • —Usage data: pages visited, features used, analyses run — to improve the product.
  • —Analysis data: the staging URL you provide and the public-facing content at that URL. We never access your source code, database, or internal APIs.
  • —Payment information: processed securely by Stripe. We never store card numbers.

2. How we use your data

  • —To provide and improve ARI's analysis capabilities.
  • —To send product updates, security notices, and support responses.
  • —To generate aggregate, anonymized product analytics.
  • —We never sell your data to third parties. Ever.

3. Data retention

  • —Analysis screenshots and crawl data are deleted within 24 hours of analysis completion.
  • —Report results are retained for 7 days (Starter), 90 days (Pro), or as configured (Enterprise).
  • —Account data is retained until you delete your account, after which it is purged within 30 days.

4. Third-party services

  • —Stripe — payment processing
  • —AWS — infrastructure and data storage (SOC 2 Type II certified)
  • —PostHog — product analytics (anonymized)
  • —Resend — transactional email delivery
  • —All sub-processors are bound by data processing agreements.

5. Your rights (GDPR / CCPA)

  • —Access: request a copy of all data we hold about you.
  • —Deletion: request deletion of your account and associated data.
  • —Portability: export your data in machine-readable format.
  • —Correction: update inaccurate data at any time in Settings.
  • —To exercise these rights, email privacy@ari.so.

6. Security

  • —All data is encrypted in transit (TLS 1.3) and at rest (AES-256).
  • —We perform quarterly penetration tests with an independent security firm.
  • —SOC 2 Type II certification in progress (expected Q3 2026).
